Site Stability

This site is currently about as stable as a screen door in a hurricane. Why is this happening? I am in charge of testing a new server hosting platform. This requires frequent reboots and tweaks to achieve a specific desired result. I hope to have this stability issue resolved soon. I apologize for any inconvenience!
